Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Agriculture, or related field.
2–4 years of administrative experience, preferably in an agricultural, dairy, or rural setting.
Knowledge of basic HR and procurement practices.
Attention to detail and reliability in recordkeeping.
Ability to work independently and in coordination with various teams.
1. Office Administration
Manage day-to-day administrative activities of the dairy farm office.
Handle incoming and outgoing communication
Guest/Visitor Management, authorizing guest, providing accurate information to authority
Support Staff Management, Staff Canteen Management
Manage vehicle usage, fuel logs, and transportation logistics.
Meeting & Training Management
Monthly utility bills & Others bills
Hygiene, gardening & monitoring cleanliness of office premises daily
Sitting arrangement, fire & personal safety related support
2. License, Documentation & Recordkeeping
Maintain and update farm records, including:
o Inventory and stock registers
o All required license
o Purchase and expense records
Prepare and file reports, letters, and administrative documents.
3. HR & Staff Coordination
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and record maintenance for farm workers and staff, enroll setup & finger punch setup for new employees
Staff attendance and leave records
Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with labor laws and farm policies.
Coordinate work schedules and rosters in collaboration with section heads.
4. Liaison & Compliance
Coordinate with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and service providers.
Ensure compliance with government regulations related to dairy operations (e.g., Local govt. DLS, labor, fire, environment, hygiene etc.).
5. Communication & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly administrative and operational reports.
Facilitate communication between departments and with external stakeholders.
