• Only Male

• 1–3 years of work experience in civil construction or maintenance (preferably in agricultural or industrial environments).

• Basic knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and safety practices.

• Ability to read civil/structural drawings and interpret technical specifications.

• Proficient in using basic measurement tools and equipment.

• Working knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and site documentation.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Physically fit and willing to work in a rural/farm environment.

1. Site Supervision

• Assist in supervising ongoing construction and maintenance activities.

• Ensure that all civil works are executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

• Monitor the daily progress of work and provide regular updates to the Civil Engineer or Project Head.

2. Quality Control

• Check construction materials for compliance with quality standards.

• Ensure proper curing, formwork, shuttering, and reinforcement placement during construction.

3. Measurement & Estimation

• Take site measurements and assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs).

• Maintain material usage logs and support cost estimation for small-scale repairs or upgrades.

4. Drawing & Layout Assistance

• Interpret technical drawings and help in site layout marking.

• Provide support in minor drafting work or field changes if needed.

5. Maintenance Support

• Assist in the repair and upkeep of farm structures such as cattle sheds, boundary walls, drainage channels, and roads.

• Report any structural issues or deterioration observed during routine inspections.

6. Contractor & Labor Coordination

• Coordinate with laborers and contractors to ensure timely work completion.

• Maintain attendance and work records of contract labor on-site.

7. Documentation

• Maintain site diaries, material registers, work checklists, and inspection reports.

• Support documentation required for audits, compliance, and project completion reports.
