We are looking for Executive – Accounts & Audit to add value and improve our operations by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. The successful candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of accounting procedures and sound judgement.

Responsibilities:

• Verifying monthly income and expenditure statement for MIS report.

• Verifying receipt payment statement & bank statement, IOU & advance.

• Pre-auditing of salary, wages, OT, unpaid salary, payment, leave encashment along with all incentives and festival bonus.

• Verifying bank reconciliation statement and Cash book casting.

• Pre-audit of Head Office & factory purchases and service bills.

• Examine inventory movement, stock reconciliation, shrinkage, and damage at store and warehouse levels.

• Audit raw materials and finished goods for proper usage, wastage, and loss prevention.

• Review procurement, consumption, and production processes to detect inefficiencies and irregularities.

• Work closely with accounts, supply chain, and production teams for cross-verification of data.

• Conduct regular audits of operational, financial, and compliance-related activities across projects and departments.

• Analyze project expenses, billing, procurement, and vendor payments to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policy.

• Identify controllable weaknesses, operational inefficiencies, and risk exposures, and suggest improvements.

• Perform surprise audits at project sites, sales offices, and other company locations.

• Verify and assess compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and applicable laws.

• Prepare audit findings and assist in drafting audit reports with recommendations for corrective actions.
