∎ BSc in Textile Engineering from reputed university or
∎ Graduate in any discipline.
∎ Skills Required: MS Office
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Finishing, QUALITY ASSURANCE, Quality Control Management, Quality Control/ Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check tag sample or PP sample to identify the Construction, Measurements & safety issues;
∎ Review first output against the sample;
∎ Follow first output garment measurement report & inform senior officials if any discrepancies happen to get action;
∎ Finalize the critical operation, quality points and explain to Quality Inspectors & Quality Supervisors;
∎ Discuss about buying office Inline inspection findings with the respective sewing line & QA team to get the corrective actions;
∎ Monitor the DHU report to identify the continues defects and work with respective sewing line get the correctively;
∎ Follow up lot audit as per 1.5 AQL chart;
∎ Follow up the day final audit and pre final audit;
∎ Follow up the Quality Supervisor Daily routine & their work actions;
∎ Give continuous feedback to the sub-ordinate;
∎ Train Quality Supervisors & Quality Inspectors If necessary;
∎ Report any deviation in QA system to QA Manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience with M&S/S.Oliver/Varner buyer will get preference.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Strong technical skill is required.
∎ Should be well versed with the large knit garments factories QA system.
∎ Should have analytical ability, time management & with record of accomplishment.
∎ Ability to solve problems and present solutions.
