Job Context:

∎ The position is responsible for developing new business / clients / projects, maintaining strong relationship with existing clients and ensure smooth service to the clients as well as vertical and horizontal expansion of business.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Explore and develop new business opportunities for Facility Management predominantly in local market
∎ Use all kinds of business development tools (e.g Digital marketing, SMS marketing, Email marketing, One to one marketing and so on) for business development
∎ Expand Business Horizontally & Vertically and Identify opportunities for client growth
∎ Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting business monthly, quarterly, yearly on the basis of clients
∎ Strong follow-up of client's requirements & feedback
∎ Continuous follow up with operations & accounts team for all kind or business execution and development
∎ Reporting to supervisor daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly of business activities
∎ Assist in evaluation, testing and implementation of the newly introduced ventures and its future profitability and business opportunities in local market
∎ Prepare the functional requirement and technical specification documents for the newly opened and future projected ventures
∎ Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals
∎ Work with intra-departmental groups to produce high quality outcomes, results and fulfil management's expectation
∎ Produce accurate statements, diagrams, graphical representations of business growth, feasibility, business development scope and projection where the business is heading
∎ Analyse business competitors and take action accordingly
∎ Continuous follow up with existing and new clients
∎ Visit to clients as per business requirements
∎ Continuous personal development related to new job context and challenges
∎ Update continuously on technology
