Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Responsible to operate projects of MBM professionally and profitably
  2. Identify and quantify cost factors, such as manpower planning for multiple projects and productivity, Security equipment, materials, and Security`s expenses
  3. Assisting Planning, budgeting, review & controlling yearly business operation plan
  4. Assisting to Prepare profitable estimates and bids for new project plans
  5. Communicate the technical and competitive advantage of MBM with various project heads during business deal
  6. Advising and monitoring cost efficiency of the projects and materials used in the project sites
  7. Ensure monthly training & development program of Security`s and team members
  8. Maintain a sound stock for all necessary uniform and equipment for smooth business operation
  9. Develop and maintain discipline of office team and project team members
  10. Find out the way how to develop our security service as market demand basis.
  11. Ensure proper grooming of Security
  12. Ensure proper Security sourcing on time.
  13. Analyze competitor`s activities in the market & review business operation according to market trend
  14. Establishing & maintaining a strong rapport with all clients or projects
  15. Responsible to take necessary step to reduce turnover and absenteeism Ensure reporting regularly weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually on the operational performance of the janitors, team leaders, project coordinators, client`s feedback, observations and recommendations to concerned department.
