Responsibilities & Context:
Islamic Finance and Investment PLC., the first Islamic Shariah-based Financial Institution of the country is
looking for an experienced Senior Executive in the rank of EVP/SEVP.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise branch business and achieve annual business targets as per plan.
Lead the team to formulate and execute business strategy, management and enhance corporate relationships.
Develop strategic plan to ensure all credit applications are submitted, evaluated, approved and disbursed properly & timely.
Maintain relationship and acquire new business from strategic partners such as trade bodies, business associations and communities.
Explore market to increase and maximize business profitability.
Implement the policy, guidelines and circular of Bangladesh Bank.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and regulatory requirements with Bangladesh Bank.
Coordinate with other divisions/branches when required.
Play an important role in liability marketing.
Recovery drive to be given to keep the investment portfolio in a good shape.
