Job Context:
∎ Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years working experience as a Recruiting Manager in any Overseas Recruiting agencies in Bangladesh.
∎ Must have a good network with a number of good suppliers.
∎ Must know how to recruit overseas workers.
∎ Must be able to work independently.
∎ Candidates must have a good record of accomplishment with two referees.
∎ Applicants should have learning and adoption skills.
∎ Previous experience for recruiting in the European market will be preferable.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Circular all demands to the suppliers on a regular basis.
∎ Collect CV's, screening and select the right candidates for European countries.
∎ Establish our existing rules and regulations to the workers and suppliers.
∎ Follow-up with the whole process from circulating the demands until workers reach Europe and keep updating all information to the European team and Managing Director to Europe from time to time every day.
∎ Must be able to communicate even on holidays or days off because of different working time zones with Europe.
