Educational Requirements:
∎ Master degree in any discipline,
∎ Additional Course in social Compliance, labor law, safety, technical or any Compliance Certification will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Closely follow up different factories social and other compliance based on reputed customer requested standard and BD law.
∎ Find out the non-compliance issues by the regular monitoring & internal audit in the factories.
∎ Communication with factory and customer to update of all compliance related update issues.
∎ Follow up with factory to conduct on time audit and Prepare a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against all audit reports.
∎ Face audit like, SMETA, SA8000, WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, C-TPAT, GOTS, SA8000 and others safety and technical related audit.
∎ Arrange training to factory people to improve compliance issues.
∎ Assist factory in preparing/updating policies for compliance.
∎ Any other relevant task given by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 8 years practical experience in compliance in garment/buying/liaison office/audit Company.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Social compliance as mandatory and also technical, safety and other audits
∎ Practical experience to follow up factors to maintain renowned international customers ethical audit program and other audit related standards.
∎ Practical experience to conduct self audit and also reputed customers and different 3rd party audit
∎ Proficient in MS Office Package.
∎ Good communication skills in English
