Education:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

Experience Requirements:

• Must have at least 5 (Five) years of experience in projects funded by the Government of Bangladesh (GoB).
• Practical experience in estimation, billing, BOQ preparation, and technical audit.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Ability to understand and interpret all types of common engineering drawings and designs.
• Expertise in quantity surveying and bill preparation.
• Sound knowledge of Government project procedures and documentation.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Good communication and coordination ability.

We are seeking a competent, experienced, and dedicated professional for the position of Estimation & Audit Engineer.

Job Location: Company Head Office: Planners Tower (Level-15), Banglamotor, Dhaka

Construction and Development Project Sites (as assigned)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities) as per approved drawings and designs.
• Review, analyze, and interpret all types of engineering drawings (Architectural, Structural, and Services).
• Audit project bills and contractor claims as per drawings, specifications, and project agreements.
• Ensure compliance with Government rules and regulations in project execution and billing.
• Coordinate with design consultants, project engineers, and site teams.
