• Prepare Analysis ,Estimations, BOQs (Structural, Architectural, Electrical, Plumbing) Gantt chart and Budgets for all building construction and interior projects.

• Collaborate with architectural and engineering consultants and in house Engineers and architect for efficient making of BOQ and Estimation .

• Providing management with clear cost assessments to guide informed decision-making before project initiation.

• Conduct comparative statements , rate analysis and verified BOQ & BOM for all projects.

• Collect and conveyed clients requirements to architect and engineer, handling queries and tracking modifications to meet client expectations.

• Reviewed layouts and drawings in Auto CAD.

• Preparing ,Checking and submitting running and final bill, along with monthly work programs and progress reports.

• Demonstrating ability to work under pressure and manage tight schedules.

• Analyze labor and materials costs ,equipment costs and other related cost.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors.
