Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical and functional support for the ERP system to end-users and IT staff
∎ Analyze and troubleshoot system issues to ensure the timely resolution of problems
∎ Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including upgrades, patches, and backups
∎ Configure, customize and develop the ERP system to meet the specific needs of the organization
∎ Provide user training and support to ensure effective use of the ERP system
∎ Work with external vendors to resolve system issues and ensure that the ERP system is up-to-date
∎ Participate in system testing and quality assurance to ensure system integrity
∎ Document system processes, procedures, and solutions to ensure that knowledge is transferred to other team members
∎ Develop reports and queries to extract data from the ERP system
∎ Collaborate with other departments to ensure the effective integration of the ERP system with other business systems.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years of experience in ERP system support, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment
∎ Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar
∎ Knowledge of SQL and database management
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
∎ Ability to work independently and in a team environment
∎ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
∎ Working Conditions: The ERP Support Specialist will work in an office environment and may be required to work outside of regular business hours to perform system maintenance or support activities.
∎ The role may involve some travel to remote locations to support end-users or attend training sessions.
