Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors in CSE (will be relaxed for highly experienced candidate)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Gather & Analyze Existing Business Requirements & Operational Processes.
∎ Document the Operational Processes with Descriptions, Work Flow Charts and Necessary UML Diagram to Specify Detail Business Processes.
∎ Create business requirement document and Sign Off from Related Stakeholders.
∎ Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team.
∎ Conduct Functional Test of Each ERP Module before Acceptance.
∎ Get trained and Conduct Training Session to Train the TOT.
∎ Administrator application based on operational requirements after go LIVE.
∎ Provide day to day operational support for running the ERP.
∎ Work as bridge between internal stakeholders and ERP development vendor to fix issues and develop CR or new feature.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 Years’ Experience in Business / Systems Analysis
∎ Bachelor Degree in Computer Science is preferred
∎ Proven Experience in understating standard business processes
∎ Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills Including Technical Writing Skills
∎ Experience in Analyzing data to Draw Business-Relevant Conclusions and in Data Visualization Techniques and Tools
∎ Expert Knowledge in Generating Process Documentation
∎ Experience with operating and deep knowledge on manufacturing ERP is plus
