∎ Skills Required: Environmental Audit, Higg Index FEM 3.0, Detox/ZDHC program Environmental Lab, Root Cause Analysis

∎ Open-minded, energetic individuals who can contribute to a passionate team
∎ Fluent in English, both written and spoken
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Understanding the vision and strategy of organization's sustainability strategy and drive all the relevant project on chemical and environmental management successfully;
∎ Conducting the assessment (Form B) for the relevant suppliers and wet process units.
∎ Following up with suppliers to implement the action plan derived from factory verification.
∎ Supporting suppliers to improve environmental performance.
∎ Assisting and guiding Bestseller brands or suppliers when they need help in environmental issues.
∎ Coordinating and monitoring the suppliers’ performance improvement program.
∎ Planning and organizing strategic plan for onboarding Preferred suppliers, conducting verifications and following up corrective action plans.
∎ Organizing training and workshop for suppliers’ performance improvement.
∎ Supporting requirement of data analysis for the business.
∎ Communicating the success criteria of Bestseller chemical and environmental system and standards to suppliers.
∎ Solving the daily challenges in co-operation with local team and Bestseller sustainability department in Denmark.
∎ Supporting overall activities of Chemical & Environment team to achieve Bestseller’s goals.
∎ Timely and efficient completion of assigned tasks and its report.
∎ Acting as a good team player and colleague according to Bestseller’s founding principles
∎ You will join a growing team within our Bangladesh function, as part of the Responsible Sourcing team. In cooperation with our global sourcing teams, we are responsible for developing and implementing BESTSELLER’s policies and standards as well as achieving our sustainability targets throughout the supply chain
