Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
∎ Certification in PMP/ITIL is preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage OSS (NOC/ITSM) software development and implementation project activities for multiple projects from initiation to rollout.
∎ Managing the deployment and integration of OSS applications with network management systems.
∎ Conduct technical review or demonstration sessions with SW Vendors to assess the products and suppliers' capability to ensure right solution.
∎ Collaborating with SI engineers and stakeholders to identify and resolve network performance, availability, and capacity issues.
∎ Develop, maintain, implement, and enforce ITIL based processes for incident, problem and change management.
∎ Professionally maintain all software and updates regularly to address the performance, bug fixation, audit requirement etc.
∎ Analyze and test programs and products before formal launch. Capacity planning, optimize existing solutions and system resiliency.
∎ Provide end-to-end governance and maintenance of all applications under the OSS platform and ensure customer expectations through agreed SLAs.
∎ Maintaining network documentation and providing regular reports on network performance to management following standard policies, processes, and procedures
Additional Requirements:
∎ 4+ Years of OSS Domain/IT Infra/SW Development experience.
∎ Deep understanding of telecommunications network technologies and protocols,
∎ Experience with OSS applications and network management systems
∎ Basic knowledge on IT & Telecom OSS, ESS, DSS and BSS architecture
∎ Thorough knowledge on Operating systems, Databases and Enterprise Network
∎ Experience in software development and Project Management
∎ Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
∎ Be resilient and agile to ensure prompt project delivery.
