∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect, analyze, review and validate various departments' business requirements of EU Computing, EU SW, Meeting Room solutions and incorporate them into the roll-out plan.
∎ Drive initiatives to optimize services and processes and increase the productivity of IT's customers, improve IT efficiency, reduce cost and enhance the security of confidential data
∎ Ensure quality of IT support by conducting periodic surveys and taking corrective actions to maintain IT support KPIs;
∎ Ensure customer awareness initiatives, implement IT Support Strategy and timely delivery to meet the business demand
∎ Analyze business needs and guide the team accordingly to prepare a financial budget for IT Asset (Computing/SW etc) Operations & IT Support units
∎ Maintain adequate control over approved End-User Computing/SW & IT Support units spending and manage major projects budget of Enterprise IT Asset & IT Support unit to achieve financial benefits and company business goals
∎ Guide support engineers to set and achieve skill and career development goals that enable them to confidently perform support activities and raise the team's performance bar.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 7-8 years of relevant experience
∎ Required Knowledge & Skills
∎ Thorough knowledge of IT Service Management, ITIL best practices and troubleshooting
∎ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Product (OS, AD, Exchange, Fileserver, Azure, SP & AV)
∎ Sound knowledge of Enterprise Apps/Network, Security and programming
∎ Sound familiarity with capacity and budget management principles
∎ Advanced Leadership, conflict Management and People/Stakeholder management skill
∎ Good Communication, strong Problem solving and Critical Thinking skill
