Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and execute day-to-day support and maintenance activities for business users on assigned business application.
∎ Manage and oversee that end-to-end techno-functional support on ERP/Oracle Fusion application (Financial, SCM, Procurement) to internal business users.
∎ Extended support during financial closing, identify critical issues prior to closing and resolve pro-actively; always be in touch with users and partner to ensure on-time support.
∎ Monitor interfaces with peripheral systems, identify integration issues and resolve technical issues.
∎ Identify Stakeholder pain points & provide resolution through business automation.
∎ Guide, oversee, follow-up and perform general System Administration and Maintenance of Oracle Fusion/ERP.
∎ Lead cross functional projects management and execution for new module implementation with requirement analysis, design, testing, conduct UAT following SDLC and organization policies in all development and project.
∎ Do necessary configuration change on Fusion/ESS based on business demand, basic customization using Sandbox and new report development using OTBI, BI publisher.
∎ Manage Vendor delivery, Governance and monitor their performance against set KPIs and ensure agreed SLAs.
∎ Regular audit support, when necessary, with adequate system artifacts & data.
∎ Prepare RFI/RFP and Technical review and Evaluation on vendor proposal.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Graduate in CSE or B.Sc. in Engineering from any UGC approved University
∎ 10+ years of relevant techno-functional working experience in Enterprise System and minimum 3 years' experience in Oracle Fusion.
∎ One full cycle implementation experience of Oracle ERP/Fusion is preferred.
∎ Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications will be considered as added advantage
∎ Required Capabilities- Hands on Experience in system operation & maintenance, Incident & Problem resolutions, incident for Oracle Fusion/ERP and other enterprise systems.
∎ Adequate Techno-Functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP and relevant accounting knowledge.
∎ Experience on Requirement analysis, application/module configuration, and production deployment for Oracle Fusion/ERP.
∎ Experience in interface development using OIC, customization on PaaS.
∎ Experiences on Oracle report development using tools like BI publisher, OTBI, BI Analytics.
∎ Application development experiences and working experiences in technologies like .Net, Java, PL/SQL.
∎ Adequate Knowledge on OCI and SaaS application modularity.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
∎ Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stressful circumstances.
∎ Capable of stakeholder management, vendor management & handling escalation.
∎ Experience in Budget management, Planning, Process optimization, System improvement & Efficiency
