∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSC,CSE,ICT,ICE,ETE

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Performing scheduled & Adhoc reconciliations of different products & services.
∎ Understanding reconciliations scopes & providing logic-based report modeling to identify disputes.
∎ Collaborating & following-up with relevant stakeholders to release each reconciliation.
∎ 24/7 operational support in case of any business urgency.
∎ Investigation & incident support.
∎ Performing Technical & Business UAT for any deployment/up-gradation of relevant system

Additional Requirements:
∎ Hands on experience in Microsoft Office packages mainly in word, excel, power point and Outlook.
∎ Understanding of components & relevant surroundings of software/system.
∎ Good analytical, judgmental & troubleshooting skills.
∎ Understanding on basic accounting.
∎ Sincere & team worker
∎ Is able to identify areas for improvement in own work areas, and willing to adapt to changes
∎ Patience, accuracy & stickiness is highly required including 360-degree thinking approach towards responsibilities
∎ Acceptable interpersonal skills with a professional approach to working with stakeholders, both internal and external stakeholders
