Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist departmental head in planning & monitoring the operations of grinding section.
∎ Achieve the production targets within the agreed budget.
∎ Ensure Quality of the finished cement products within the acceptable quality parameters.
∎ Maintain liaison with various functional teams during the shift to achieve production targets.
∎ Ensure the targeted efficiency parameters: Power consumption / Ton cement dispatched / Cost of cement packing / Ton minimize the demurrage.
∎ Assist in developing & implementing SOP for the smooth operation of factory.
∎ Assist departmental head in imparting necessary training to improve productivity & operational efficiency.
∎ Ensure housekeeping & cleanliness of the plant along with machineries are properly maintained.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to manage people.
∎ Ability to work under heavy dust and noise.
∎ Problem solving abilities.
∎ Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
∎ Job Location: Plant site at Sonargaon, Naryanganj. Transferable to other sites of UCIL or any other business unit of MGI.
