Investment/Merchant Banking, IT Enabled Service, Software Company, Telecommunication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor & provide 24/7 support for operational and application maintenance activity by ensuring quality assurance
∎ Ensure L2 troubleshooting and vendor escalation for Enterprise Solution & MFS platform and give MFS project delivery support
∎ Maintain cross-functional communication between different divisions, and global and local vendors/partners; such as Huawei, Bangdao, Breakpoint, Mobile operators, etc
∎ Assist in Operational product support as in Payment Gateway and in bill Payment
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Experience with Java, Tomcat, NginX, based application support and database experience on Oracle/MySQL needed
∎ Hands-on system experience with Linux based applications and network knowledge of NAT, TCP/IP protocols, VPN tunnels
∎ Excellent API integration experience with Restful web service and Soap web service
∎ Experience with tools such as Wireshark, java decompiler, postman, Soap UI, and AWS cloud architecture and operations
∎ Strong team player mindset and who have proper communication skills while ensuring KPI-based reporting
∎ Scripting knowledge for automation will be an added advantage
