∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, EEE, ETE, ECE
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze Business requirements and carry out technical implementations on different Platforms
∎ Ensure active engagement to configure new Products, prices, services & offers.
∎ Analyze and explore features & configurations for different MFS product
∎ Assist to maintain operational lifespan management of promotions, products & solutions.
∎ Provide Technical support & assistance on configuration activities in different integrations and project items
∎ Create enthusiastic contribution for designated operational activities & configuration effectively & efficiently with 24/7 operational support in case of any business/operational priority.
∎ Support QA of platform configuration & deployment and MFS Platform change management
∎ Actively participate in various UAT (Technical & Business) for new deployment/implementation.
∎ Assist to Prepare documentation such as FRS, API specification, Feature Document etc.
∎ Ensure Level 2 service support, troubleshooting and assist with vendor escalation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Analyse, implement and QA of campaigns in MFS platform
∎ Configure implementation according to business requirement
∎ Carry out Quality assurance
∎ Hold Experience in MFS/DFS or telecom industry
∎ Promote products support, business requirement analysis & implementation
∎ Communicate and coordinate with Global and local vendors/partners
∎ Provide System integration support and drive MFS Platform change management
∎ Collaborate Cross-functionally within the product & technology division to ensure solutions are viable and consistent
∎ Provide support with Java, node js, asterisk, Apache, Tomcat, PHP
∎ Exhibit Database experience in MySQL, System experience on Linux, Solaris
∎ Hold experience in Telecommunication Switching & Signalling Systems
∎ Showcase knowledge of SONET, SDH, PDH, STM, E1, T1 along with tools such as Apache JMeter, Rest Client, WinSCP, Xshell/PuTTY/SSH Client
