∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Investment/Merchant Banking, IT Enabled Service, Software Company, Telecommunication

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Performing 24X7 roster duty related to Service Operation Center (SOC) activities
∎ Coordinate with vendor for new service monitoring integration
∎ Quality assurance of existing & upcoming products & services through necessary service testing
∎ Communicate and coordinate with global and local partners
∎ Work as a team to ensure smooth operation of SOC
∎ Ensure timely service reports

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 34 years
∎ Possess a positive, team-player attitude, and able to motivate self and team members
∎ Demonstrate the ability to think logically, able to find feasible and efficient solutions to problems
∎ Maintain a composed demeanor, and stay productive even under pressure
∎ Exhibit flexibility to efficiently perform in multi-dimensional projects
∎ Maintain strong communication skills and be self-motivated, able to manage multiple work streams with little supervision
