Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network and security hardware (All renowned OEM).
∎ Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewall, routers, switches, controllers.
∎ Implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading security measures for the protection of the organization's data, systems, and networks.
∎ Configure, implement, and maintain all security platforms and any other related software, such as switches, EDR, XDR, firewalls, Router, WAF, PAM, SIEM, IDP and Secure Email Gateway.
∎ Plan and appraise ongoing assessment of antivirus, application control, firewall, SIEM, VPN, SSL, intrusion detection or intrusion prevention and other network component policies.
∎ Ensure Network security best practices are executed through auditing: change control and policy configurations and monitoring.
∎ Maintain network security devices to enable pro-active defense.
∎ Basic knowledge on Linux platforms such as Ubuntu, Oracle, CentOS & Others
∎ Working knowledge of virtualization (Hyper-V, VMWare, or equivalent)
∎ Ensuring that the organization's data and infrastructure are protected by enabling the appropriate security controls.
∎ Troubleshooting security and network problems.
∎ Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions.
∎ Take part in internal and external audits related to security and compliance.
∎ A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment.
∎ Good knowledge of routing (interior and exterior), switching and security protocols.
∎ Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
