Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive shift information from previous shift personnel properly and act accordingly.
∎ Working closely with Shift engineer, Lead operation controller and supervisor to monitor process parameters, observe Laboratory analysis & take proper steps to maintain process parameters within standard value.
∎ Take proper actions at the time of plant start up, shut down and emergency situation according to the standard operating procedure.
∎ Monitors plant performance and ensures plants and facilities are operating within equipment design operating limits, producing on-grade products and meeting performance targets.
∎ Assess equipment and control systems operation to determine performance degradation and need for maintenance and/or rectification. Take appropriate action to bypass, shutdown or implement alternative recommended operation of plant section or system when necessary.
∎ Handing over responsibilities to the next shift personnel.
∎ Bashundhara Oil and Gas Company Ltd., a subsidiary of Bashundhara Group, is looking for some competent candidates for the Position of "Engineer- Process" for its Bitumen Plant in Keraniganj, Dhaka.
