∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Must have patience & competence to work under pressure.
∎ Willing to work extended hours and work on holidays.
∎ Understand, interpret, reproduce, and find the problems. Perform Root cause Analysis.
∎ Must be computer literate and able to produce different analytical report and statements independently.
∎ Good Team Playing, Good relationship management within team.
∎ Fluent in English languages (written and speaking).
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Fully responsible for running and managing the all kind of printer technical support & Solution (On- & Carry in Services).
∎ Very Good Knowledge about printing Technologies LaserJet, DesignJet and Inkjet and dot matrix nter with hands on Repair Experience.
∎ Very a good knowledge all kind of IT enable devices, OS, TCP/IP, LAN, WLAN, switch, Router vironment.
∎ Implement and manage defined technical support processes, procedures and KPI.
∎ Supplier Claim Management, Credit Management, Labor Cost Management, Meeting Management h Principle.
∎ Implement Spare parts sourcing and proper buffer planning based on call volume analysis.
∎ Very Good Knowledge in Out of Warranty services business. Spare parts management.
∎ Define and manage the device troubleshooting process for all software and hardware releases.
∎ Direct management of the repair technicians and ensuring all repairs are carried out safely and to the hest standards possible.
∎ Maintaining the company’s on-site support management, Proper Service Call distribution and proper ized the technical Engineer’s.
∎ Making 360 degree technical analysis report, daily report, weekly & monthly report and submit to head of Technical Services.
