∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Must have patience & competence to work under pressure.Willing to work extended hours and work on holidays.Understand, interpret, reproduce, and diagnose customer problems. Perform Root cause Analysis.Must be computer literate and able to produce different analytical report and statements independently.Fluent in English languages (written and speaking).
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To troubleshoot mobile device and diagnosis process.To do both in warranty and out of warranty service.Motherboard repair quality will be treated as an advantage.Report preparation in MS office and excel is required.Communication with Principals.Communicate clearly and precisely with customers in written and verbal form.To check & perform warranty/replacement procedure of retailer & corporate customers.Ensure the performance, quality and responsiveness of service items.Collaborate with Support team to ensure proper service of products.Identify the actual malfunction and make solution with discuss technical Support Team.Work with members of the team and other departments/teams to resolve product issues.Perform any other tasks assigned by the Team Leader.
