∎ Diploma-In-Engineering (Mechanical)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
FIBC, PP Woven Factory, Trouble Shooting
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth functioning of all machines
∎ Lead the mechanical maintenance and utility team
∎ Operate erection and commissioning of machines when required
∎ Minimize machine downtime by prompt responding of machine faults
∎ Maintain roller, greasing, lubrication & welding
∎ Analyze trend and take corrective measures for repetitive problems
∎ Prepare mechanical instruments requisitions for preventive and regular maintenance
∎ • Schedule and execute of preventive maintenance
∎ Work with the team members using hand tools and power tools if necessary.
∎ Train up the team members & users to get better performance of the machines.
∎ Maintain safe, healthy and clean work environment according to the requirement of standards and laws.
∎ Maintain all maintenance records according to the standard’s requirement
