Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ Diploma in Computer/ Electronics from any reputed Institute/University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain the computer networks, providing technical support.
∎ To ensuring the whole company runs IT support smoothly.
∎ To Install and Maintenance of PC, CC Camera, DVR and different networking devices.
∎ To prepare PC with latest fresh OS and Provide Desktop/Laptop LAN connectivity.
∎ To troubleshoot PC hardware and related input output devices.
∎ To troubleshooting malfunctions of CC camera, networking hardware and software applications to resolve operational issues and restore services.
∎ To troubleshoot motherboard, power supply, related electronics devices.
∎ Mac and Android OS support.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ IT support experience.
∎ Experience with Access network.
∎ Must have good knowledge on computer operating systems and networks.
∎ Must have good knowledge on software & hardware of IT product.
∎ Must have certification of CCNA.
∎ Must have knowledge on PC motherboard, electronics devices troubleshooting.
∎ Very good communication abilities.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
