Job Context:
∎ This position is responsible for maintaining compliance with different standards, implementing and maintaining risk management, and Business Continuity Planning. Moreover, it is required to develop appropriate policies concerning IT Governance. It also involves the flexibility for preparing ad hoc reports from IT Governance, updating records and documents, and being a good team player.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in maintaining compliance with different standards
∎ Incumbents must have sound knowledge of industry compliance standards
∎ Assist in implementing and maintaining the management of risk and Business Continuity Planning for the Product & Technology Division
∎ Maintain and update records and documents as required to make sure they are current, commissioning and tracking updates to policies or other documents as review timescales are reached
∎ Assist in establishing and developing appropriate policies, procedures, and practices in relation to IT Governance
∎ Assist in ensuring and monitoring effective implementation and awareness of the policies and procedures
∎ Work with team members across the Department and Division to take part in projects as and when required
∎ Identifying and working with P&T teams to implement and embed good/best practices
∎ Support any professional development initiatives in P&T Division
∎ Prepare periodic or ad hoc reports from IT Governance as and when required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 27 years
∎ Possess a basic understanding of IT Governance frameworks
∎ Knowledge of different industry-specific standards and technical compliance requirement
∎ Able to use Microsoft Office proficiently
∎ Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet hard deadlines
∎ Ability to evaluate, define and prioritize activities/projects
∎ Possess a strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and proactiveness
∎ Be a team player and able to interact with different stakeholders within and outside the organization spontaneously
∎ Inherit excellent problem-solving skills
∎ Ability to provide attention to detail and have active listening skills
