Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support in undertaking hardware development in the field of embedded systems, power electronics and machine to machine (M2M) communication.
∎ Contribute to design and development, by development of prototypes, testing, evaluation and support in procurement and production.
∎ Get involved in firmware development for different embedded systems, including M2M infrastructure.
∎ Ensure support of field installations, operations and maintenance where needed, by assuring technology transfer to the operations team.
∎ Conducting requirement analysis of given project
∎ Maintaining scrum method in the development process of the projects
∎ Cooperating with software engineers to integrate the whole system
∎ Designing the hardware and building prototype by direct communication with the team
∎ Develop local IoT Solution
∎ Solution Architecture
∎ Firmware Development for microcontrollers
∎ Circuit Debugging and Simulation
∎ Work with various device protocols
∎ Design solution based on different Radio technology
∎ Design and test network pipeline
∎ Parts Sourcing & Selection, Circuit Design, PCB Design & Assembly, Prototyping & Manufacturing, Trouble-shooting & Debugging.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Expert programming skill in C/C++, especially in embedded system.
∎ Strong skill set in Microcontroller IDEs, and other relevant tools.
∎ Practical experience in Analog and Digital electronics
∎ Working experience in 8-bit and 32-bit microcontroller, in Schematic and PCB layout software
∎ Have basic knowledge in Real-Time Operating System. Practical experience in Linux OS is recom-mended
∎ Hands-on mentality for lab-based R&D works and field implementation.
∎ Working experience on circuit analysis/simulation and PCB designing software such as Proteus, PSpice, EAGLE, KiCAD, MATLAB etc.
∎ Expertise on writing product's specification, technical report etc.
∎ Strong understanding and implemented experience in MQTT, HTTPS, UDP, Modbus and other internet communication protocols.
∎ Expertise on ARM Microcontroller, ESP32, Git is highly preferred.
∎ Experience in developing systems that includes LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, BLE, LoRaWAN and RFID based de-vices.
∎ Experience in developing low-level device drivers and application firmware.
∎ Experience in communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C etc) and modules (RF, GSM, Wi-Fi etc) will be an advantaged.
∎ Have good analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems. Experience in using different hardware-assisted debugging tools.
