Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Execute activities as required for end-to-end lifecycle management of IT Assets from acquisition to disposal
∎ Partner with Asset Owners to ensure Asset information is kept accurate and up to date throughout the lifecycle
∎ Investigate and resolve exceptions and accuracy issues of the asset repository
∎ Perform inventory (Hardware and software) and usage monitoring of all IT assets and record all findings, changes, physical location, and incidences of support
∎ Maintain and organize all types of Approval Forms required for IT Assets
∎ Delivering IT Equipment to IT Support for end-user delivery based on approval
∎ Verify the equipment received from vendors as per Scope of work (SOW) and Purchase Order
∎ Ensure Software Compliance reporting takes corrective actions and be aware accordingly
∎ Deliver on-time Audit-related requirements and manage artifacts (facts and figures) for compliance requirements
∎ Regular asset reporting as per defined frequency to show visibility of asset stocks, live assets, critical issues, faults, disposals, discrepancies, and audit compliance issues
∎ Conduct internal asset audit to identify discrepancy
∎ Consolidate and track faulty/obsolete assets, data media, and accessories
∎ Follow up with vendors for product servicing and warranty issues
