Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma-In-Engineering (Electrical)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): FIBC, PP Woven Factory

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth functioning of all machines
∎ Lead the electrical maintenance and utility team
∎ Inspect electrical systems, equipment and components to identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repair
∎ Maintain welding and other electrical devices
∎ Analyze trend and take corrective measures for repetitive problems
∎ Schedule and execute of preventive maintenance
∎ Work with the team members using hand tools and power tools if necessary.
∎ Train up the team members & users to get better performance of the machines.
∎ Maintain safe, healthy and clean work environment according to the requirement of standards and laws.
∎ Maintain all maintenance records according to the standard’s requirement

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge on 11000/400 VAC sub-station, motor re-winding, panel board wiring, house wiring, DOL starter & star delta connection, chiller, compressor, liner, loom, lamination and extrusion machine, PLC, inverter, sensor, electrical & electronic devices etc. is necessary
∎ Should have experience in related field in reputed company/companies
∎ Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Proven leadership, analytical and problem solving abilities
∎ Should be physically fit and willing to take hardship
