∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in EEE, CSE, Communication Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ IP Telephony Duties/Responsibilities: Call Center, IP PBX (unified communication) installation, maintenance, troubleshooting.
∎ SIP trunk configuration.
∎ FXS and FXO configuration, maintenance and integration.
∎ E1 connectivity.
∎ Hosted PBX service configuration, maintenance.
∎ Provide 1st Level Logical support on CISCO/JUNIPER)/HUAWEI Routers, Switches comprised IP/MPLS BKB Networks problems. Layer2/MPLS(L3VPN/L2VPN)/VLAN/QinQ/STP/RSTP/MSTP first level troubleshooting.
∎ Layer 3/OSPF/MPLS L3 VPN first level support. Monitoring and troubleshooting SDH & DWDM network.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
