Technical Experience (Mandatory)

Conference systems
Networking systems
In-depth technical knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure
Engineering background preferred
Communication & Presentation
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bengali
Strong technical documentation and proposal writing capabilities
Ability to explain complex technical solutions to clients at all levels
Technical Capabilities
Ability to assess client requirements and design comprehensive technical solutions
Troubleshooting and problem-solving expertise
Experience working with government officials and public sector organizations
Understanding of telecommunications standards and best practices

We're seeking an experienced Telecom Engineer with deep technical expertise in telecommunications systems. This role requires hands-on experience and comprehensive knowledge of PABX and conference systems to support our growing client base.
Essential Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain PABX and conference systems
Conduct site surveys and technical assessments for client projects
Design and implement telecommunications solutions based on client needs
Provide technical support and maintenance for existing installations
Prepare detailed technical documentation and system specifications
Collaborate with project teams on solution delivery
Ensure compliance with technical standards and quality requirements
Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to junior team members
