• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in EEE/CSE

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related technical field from a recognized university

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Engineering Firms

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Technically proficient professional with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated with ability to work autonomously and in teams

• Committed to delivering high-quality technical solutions
• Professional demeanor when engaging with clients and stakeholders

Technical Experience (Mandatory)

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of:
• PABX systems (essential)
• Conference systems (essential)

Networking systems

• In-depth technical knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure
• Engineering background preferred

Communication & Presentation

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bengali
• Strong technical documentation and proposal writing capabilities
• Ability to explain complex technical solutions to clients at all levels

Technical Capabilities

• Ability to assess client requirements and design comprehensive technical solutions
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving expertise
• Experience working with government officials and public sector organizations
• Understanding of telecommunications standards and best practices

The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Telecom Engineer with deep technical expertise in telecommunications systems. This role requires hands-on experience and comprehensive knowledge of PABX and conference systems to support our growing client base.

Essential Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain PABX and conference systems
• Conduct site surveys and technical assessments for client projects
• Design and implement telecommunications solutions based on client needs
• Provide technical support and maintenance for existing installations
• Prepare detailed technical documentation and system specifications
• Collaborate with project teams on solution delivery
• Ensure compliance with technical standards and quality requirements
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to junior team members
