At least Seven years experience working in Telecommunication based business as a Sales Manager.
Should have previous experience of working with Public Works Department, Ministries and Industrial Enterprise.
Sales & Marketing, Corporate Sales, Retail Sales, Service Sales, B2C sales and marketing, Corporate Sales (B2B Business).
Good IT skill (Word, Excel, Power-point, e-mail, AI Support)
This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and aggressive selling attitude.
The job will require continuous client (b2b) visits and field work.
Must have driving license and motorcycle.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and excellent proposal writing, and presentation skills is a must – both in English and in Bengali.
A natural ability to generate new business within and outside of your network and deal with clients at all levels, and translate client needs into a complete solution.

Job Responsibilities:
You will be able to develop and execute sales growth plans including sector programs and strategic account plans.

Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue.
Sign up target markets and customers, such as banks, insurance companies, pharmaceuticals, garments, ministries, large and small corporations, to create new business opportunities and sales.
Follow the sales process (visit, find lead, proposal submission, follow up, purchase order collection, delivery follow up, payment follow up, payment collection, etc).
Work as the key player in achieving given sales targets.
Visit potential customers to generate / validate leads for Business.
Visit existing customers to up-sell or cross-sell products and services.
Lock sales deals with the government officials/customers/corporate houses.
Ensure the required Agreement signing while selling any product/service.
Form strategic partnerships and organize and monitor events.
Maintain strong business relationships with customers.
Monitor market trends and competitors, providing insights to refine sales strategies and promotional activities.
Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to senior management, offering data-driven recommendations for improvement.
