Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/B.Sc. in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound knowledge of BNBC and requirements of ACCORD/ALLIANCE/RCC.
∎ Prepares budgets & check Contractor's bills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Self-motivated.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ Team Player & Target oriented.
∎ Manage all construction work as per the projected time.
∎ Ensure quality of construction work and monitoring of all project activities
∎ Develop work plan and follow up its execution and provide feedback to the reporting authority.
∎ Any other task as assigned by office time to time
∎ Ensure the whole work to be executed as per drawing design and specification with specified time frame.
∎ Prepare daily activities report and next day work program
∎ Prepare materials cost and BOQ
∎ Ensuring compliance and safety regulations
∎ Working Experience both RCC high rise building and steel shed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Good computer knowledge: Auto CAD 2D/3D, MS Office, Email, Internet, Operating Systems

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
