Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform system level executions
∎ Financial execution & dispute resolution
∎ Business UAT/ Sanity Check participation and coordination with Technology Operation & cross-functional business teams
∎ System monitoring & troubleshooting
∎ May have to work in roster duty
∎ Prepare weekly and/or ad hoc activity reports.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word
∎ Strong communication & interpersonal skills
∎ Knowledge in XML & VBA (in Excel)
∎ Basic knowledge in SunOS Commands
∎ Ability to document operational processes
∎ Good data representation & reporting skills
∎ Strives for accuracy and excellence in work
∎ Good team spirit & willingness to learn
∎ Sincere & reliable.
