∎ Application, system health check & alarm monitoring,
∎ Escalation to vendor for incident
∎ Facilitate vendor support at non-business hour for system troubleshooting & maintenance,
∎ Project support from technical aspect
∎ Portal credential and IPT reset,
∎ CR Execution support
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in Customer Service & Call Center Solution Support is required.
∎ Avaya Call Center experience is a must
