∎ Execute smooth functioning of shipbuilding process
∎ Lead the maintenance and utility team.
∎ Monitor production process
∎ Maintain quality control standards.
∎ Attend daily operations meetings.
∎ Operate and maintain production equipment
∎ Maintain safe, healthy and clean work environment as per safety guideline
Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound Knowledge about Drawing,Diesel engine and generator, Auto Cad, Ship Structure and design
∎ Excellent communication, leadership skill and team management capacity
∎ Ability of hazards identification and risk management.
∎ Positive approach to critical situation Handling
∎ Ability to work in direct and cross-functional team
