• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical & Electronic Engineering / Industrial & Production Engineering from any reputed university. Candidates with a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) and extensive practical experience in food processing plants will be considered.

To strengthen our technical team, we are looking for a proactive and skilled Engineer who will be responsible for maintaining smooth operations of processing plant machinery, ensuring timely maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement in production efficiency and compliance.

• Oversee the installation and commissioning of processing equipment, including IQF, semi-IQF, boilers, and refrigeration systems.

• Collaborate with contractors and vendors to ensure smooth integration of new equipment.

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration system failures promptly.

• Ensure the availability of spare parts and maintenance tools for critical machinery.

• Monitor and optimize refrigeration system performance to maintain required temperature levels for frozen shrimp products.

• Conduct periodic inspections and calibration of refrigeration and chilling equipment.

• Oversee the construction, repair, and maintenance of factory infrastructure, including processing floors, drainage, and utility systems.

• Ensure the facility meets industry standards for hygiene, durability, and operational efficiency.

• Conduct routine safety inspections and enforce adherence to workplace safety protocols.

• Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to optimize production output and maintain product quality.

• Maintain records of equipment performance, maintenance activities, and repair logs.

• Prepare technical reports and recommendations for management regarding facility upgrades and maintenance requirements.

• Support business continuity by ensuring 24/7 readiness of critical machinery.

• Identify and recommend energy-efficient solutions to reduce operational costs.

• Provide technical training and guidance to maintenance and operational staff.

• Execute any other tasks assigned by the superior.
