∎ Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
∎ Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
∎ Hands-on experience with industrial embroidery machines.
∎ Perform day-to-day embroidery marketing work and visit Customers and factories and oversee operations to ensure timely completion of production targets.
∎ Assist in Planning and allocate machine schedules effectively to meet deadlines.
∎ Monitor embroidery output for quality assurance, ensuring adherence to design specifications and company standards.
∎ Identify and rectify defects or issues during the production process.
∎ Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards in the embroidery unit.
∎ Any other task assign by the Management.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Grabbing Enough work order from the export market to run factory around the year.
∎ Oversee production and sample creation to ensure alignment with design concepts.
∎ Manage production schedules, monitor workflows, and ensure deadlines are met. Solve design and production challenges with creative and practical solutions.
∎ Collaborate with the production team to maintain quality standards and resolve issues
∎ Maintain clear communication with senior management, preparing regular reports on design
∎ and production outcomes
∎ Leverage data and insights to improve processes and optimize productivity.
∎ A Leading Subcontracting Embroidery Industry set up with all Famous Tajima Computerized Automatic Multi head Embroidery Machines, is looking for hardworking, proactive and performance oriented Embroidery Marketing Manager for it's workforce who has the ability to run this factory
