Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Embroidery Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain the "'SOP of Embroidery" strictly.
∎ Collect new order booking sheet and make Embroidery plan accordingly.
∎ Prepare monthly/weekly Embroidery plan considering shipment schedule.
∎ Design making and follow up production and efficiency to meet shipment schedule.
∎ Maintain daily working target according to Embroidery plan.
∎ Manage & increase efficiency considering quality standard.
∎ Sound knowledge about Normal, Appliqué, Single Sequins, Double Sequins, Twin Sequins, Cording, Taping, Beading, Chenille, Boring etc. in Embroidery.
∎ Capacity to handle an Embroidery department considering compliance standard.
∎ Attend PP meeting of each style/order and implement Embroidery guideline.
∎ Problems analysis, root cause identification, problem-solving and smooth operation of Embroidery.
∎ Develop the Team and Lead them for the smooth operation of the Embroidery.
∎ Received the Cut panel from the Cutting/Printing section as per Order.
∎ Return to cutting section as bundle cut panel as per Order wise.
∎ Minimize costing and establish manpower ratio.
∎ Liaison with the Merchandising Department, Production & Quality Department etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge in all types of embroidery machine.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department.
∎ Must have the ability to Supervise and inspire team member.
Salary: Negotiable
