Strong English writing and communication skills.
Good understanding of email warm-up, deliverability, and domain setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
Analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize performance metrics.
Minimum 2-4 year of experience in a similar role (agency experience preferred).
Responsibilities & Context:
Plan and execute B2B email marketing campaigns using Instantly.ai and other cold email tools.
Write and optimize professional email copy to attract and convert potential clients (creative agencies, photographers, eCommerce stores, etc.).
Build and maintain verified prospect lists using tools like Apollo, Instantly, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Manage inbox replies, follow-ups, and performance tracking (open rate, reply rate, conversion).
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation and campaign performance.
