∎ B.Sc in EEE Engineering from any reputed university.
∎ Skills Required: Electrical Engineering

∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure the proper functioning of all Electrical systems specially Generator, Boiler, Compressor, DWP, FDS, BMS etc.
∎ To ensure and perform all types of preventive and scheduled maintenance activities for electrical and utility systems.
∎ To prepare a quarterly budget for spare parts and other renovation activities of the departments.
∎ To ensure and perform safety training for maintenance staff and monitoring proper safety practices are followed.
∎ To Maintain Drawing, Design and all documents of departmental activity through the preparation of various reports, work orders, maintenance schedules and other incidental record keeping.
∎ To be responsible and communicate all Government organizations for clearance certificate of utility system like as Generator, Boiler.
∎ To be responsible and perform Environmental test activities like Indoor air quality, Outdoor air quality, workplace light level, Noise level, Temperature and Humidity by conducting the third party.
∎ To ensure and be responsible for RSC and another social compliance audit in the subject of electrical and Fire Alarm systems.
∎ Using engineering software and equipment for computer-aided design and other complex technical tasks including AutoCAD.
∎ Establishing and enforcing construction, manufacturing and installation standards
∎ Performing feasibility studies for industrial, domestic and commercial technical developments.
∎ Calculating project costs and delivery timelines, providing quality assurance for ongoing projects also collaborating with clients and other professionals.
∎ Writing reports, giving presentations and meeting with clients and management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Relevant working experience essential (RMG Sector);
∎ Experience in project management i.e civil construction;
∎ Must be proficient in English and Bengali writing, reading & speaking;
∎ Up to date knowledge on related equipment/machinery;
∎ Good leadership and motivation skills;
∎ Communication & Collaboration, Critical thinking & Problem solving, Leading people;
∎ Planning & Organizing, Adaptability;
∎ Strong work ethic;
∎ Proven knowledge of engineering design software and equipment;
∎ Ability to design, implement, install and maintain electrical systems;
∎ Excellent analytical skills in project management;
∎ Outstanding written and oral communication skills;
∎ Knowledge of electronic engineering codes;
∎ Ability to write technical reports and documentation.
