• The incumbent will be responsible for the detailed planning and scheduling of the electrical work as per the requirements.
• Ability to understand and prepare details electrical drawing for residential and commercial building projects.
• Should have sound knowledge on substation, generator and earthlings.
• Responsibilities include estimating, detailed material take-offs, sizing of conduit, and wiring, and procurement of field material.
• Managing work order planning, including labor estimates, material listings, tools, and equipment specifications.
• Coordinating closely with the Construction Manager for unified project goals and participating in detailed planning.
• Overseeing construction cost management, including change orders and subcontractor bid package preparation.
• Inspect the quality of electrical work.
• Demonstrating ability to work under pressure and manage tight schedules.
• Other tasks as assigned by the management.
