1. B. Sc. in Electrical Engineering/ EEE from any reputed public university.

• At most 5 years

• Age 25 to 35 years

1. Practical experience in any reputed organization/ group of industry like – Shoe Manufacturing Factory, Garments Industry, Paper Mills etc. will get preference.

• Practical experiences on all kinds of electrical machineries/ equipments/ works.

• Able to electrical planning and designing of industrial installations & machines etc.

• Able to allocate works on a periodic basis to the team members & ensure availability of resources for each individual to accomplish assigned tasks.

• Implementation of policies, procedures across the electrical maintenance team with regards to preventive maintenance system and equipments.

• Conducting regular inspection of all machines, equipments, electrical installations and keeping service records/ logs of all day-to-day installations/ repairs/ maintenance etc.

• Should be able to control, train and educate under command electrical maintenance team members.

• Follow the maintenance schedule and execute it on regular basis.

• Theoretical and practical knowledge on Generator, Boiler, Thermal Oil Heater, Fire Safety & Protection system, Internal Electrification Systems etc.

• Get, keep, maintain & update various certificate/ license for electrical installations/ machineries and electricians’ competency certificates on a regular basis.

• Reviewing & monitoring work on a weekly/ monthly basis & provide update to the superior.

• Ability to handle a Technical Workforce.

• Making required reports to the management accordingly.

• Other related works as when assign by the superior(s).
