Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Agriculture / Social Sciences / Development Studies or any other relevant disciplines from recognized university with 4 years experiences in related field.
∎ Skills Required: Excellent communication skill in both Bengali and English, Good Computer Skills

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation of project activities at the targeted areas following project proposal and guidance of OXFAM & Mukti Cox’s Bazar management to achieve the project objectives.
∎ Maintain substantial cooperation and subsequent coordination with Implementing Organization, relevant GO-NGO stakeholders and OXFAM team.
∎ Assist Project Coordinator in preparing implementation plan, monthly activity progress report, DC office report, weekly activity update, different event report and required information and submit to PC and Mukti Cox’s Bazar management.
∎ Provide accompaniment and backstop support to all project staff for sound and effective implementation of project activities.
∎ Staff/beneficiary capacity building through on job training, coaching, mentoring, orientation, feedback, formal and informal discussion, etc.
∎ Facilitation of livelihood related training, sessions, meeting, etc.
∎ Identify potential market actors, various entrepreneurs, dealers, retailers, lead firms.
∎ Implement a variety of market linkage and business development activities related to various IGAs.
∎ Assess and improve skills and competencies of livelihood related entrepreneurs of business skills such as livelihood, financial literacy, marketing, supply chain linkages, public sector linkages and technical capacity, etc.
∎ Capacity to liaise closely with the relevant private sector (SMEs, associations, specialized organizations), government bodies, (I) NGOs and other projects at district/sub-district levels.
∎ Develop women led enterprises, CBOs, Cooperative, VSLA and value Chain of project produced commodities.
∎ Conduct regular field visits to monitor and verify the activities’ progress and quality.
∎ Support and monitor the project beneficiaries’ selection process: CCM, HH survey, CRM, Beneficiary data analysis, etc. and finalized the project beneficiaries list. Monitor the data quality and ensure data quality.
∎ Provide adequate support and necessary guidance in organizing different training, meeting, orientation and others field level events.
∎ Provide livelihoods support to beneficiary and ensure the proper utilization of support and ensure economic benefit of beneficiaries.
∎ Contribute in planning, supervision, data analysis and report preparation of different survey and assessment: baseline survey, need assessment, training follow-up survey, etc.
∎ Participate in different training, meeting, orientation, visit, etc. organized by UN WOMEN, OXFAM & Mukti Cox’s Bazar.
∎ Any others duties as per project and organization requirement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Sound knowledge on using different software related to data entry, analysis, report writing and preparing presentation, etc.
∎ Ability to work hard, work under pressure, positive and can-do attitude and ability to understand local language.
∎ Self-motivated, independent of the ability to perform multi-task
∎ Proficiency in English speaking and writing
∎ Sound knowledge of essential software like MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and other software related to data entry and analysis.

Salary: Tk. 45000 - 50000 (Monthly)
