Education:

Graduate in any discipline. An advanced degree in education will be preferred.

• Age At most 45 years

Experience in the relevant field will be preferred.

 Comprehensive knowledge of the primary education system in Bangladesh.

 Subject-based knowledge in any subject class 1 to 5.

 Minimum knowledge to conduct training and meetings.

 Minimum knowledge of the local government system at the union level.

 Willing to work hard and in the remotest area in Bangladesh.

 Good interpersonal skills like good behavior, respect for others, respect for children, etc.

 Have good oral and written communication in English and Bangla.

 Proficient in computer skills in MS Office Word.

 Practical skills in singing and dancing.

 Reciting skill poem.

 Good reading skills.

 Expertise in any game (football, cricket, local game, etc.).

 Any campaigning for social work.

Jagorani Chakra Foundation (JCF) is a national voluntary social welfare organization. JCF is implementing Educational Prospects for Children from Marginalised Groups-Quality Education, Safe Schools, Active Civil Society (SATIRTHO) Project supported by NETZ Bangladesh. To ensure the quality implementation of the project, JCF intends to recruit project staff from qualified candidates of Bangladeshi nationals.

Job Responsibility:

 Manage and supervise staff (5 ESO) of the project.

 Train project Teacher and school community.

 Provide technical support to Teacher and ESO.

 Facilitate the students’ performance.

 Participate in different meetings, trainings, workshops, and surveys.

 Prepare activity report and submit it to supervisor.

 Monitor activities from school to district.

 Please monthly action plan and report.

 Regular visits to the schools and households of students.

 Conduct meetings with parents, SMC, EDC, Union Parishad, and other community people.

 Organize community-level different events (fair, day observance, health camp, etc).

 Follow the organization's Child Safeguarding, PSEA, Gender, and WB Policy.

Tk. 25,000 per month, Consolidated with festival bonus & gratuity and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
