• Skills Required: Education Counseling, Student Counseling, Academic Counseling, Student Counselling for USA education, international counselor, UK counselling.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• In-depth knowledge of international education systems, university admissions processes, and visa requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with counseling techniques, assessment tools, and career development resources. Fluency in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
• Experience in the immigration and student visa consulting service industries is highly desirable.

Job Location: Chittagong Branch

Office Timing: 6 Days (10AM-06PM)

Job Description / Responsibility:

• Conduct thorough assessments of student’s backgrounds and provide expert advice on overseas study options.

• Manage the entire admission process for Canadian, USA, Australian and UK universities, ensuring smooth and timely visa submissions.

• Stay proactive by maintaining regular communication with students to provide updates on their application status and address any concerns or questions they may have.

• Assist students in preparing essential application documents, such as academic transcripts, letters of recommendation, and Statements of Purpose (SOP).

• Collaborate with university admissions officers and immigration authorities to ensure the smooth processing of student applications and visa submissions.

• Participate in education fairs, seminars, and other promotional events to showcase ICB Education services and attract prospective students.

• Keep abreast of developments in international education policies, immigration regulations, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to students.

• Contribute to the development of counseling resources, training materials, and promotional content to support the growth of ICB Education`s counseling services.
